✅ Return Eligibility:

  1. The item does not match the order placed
    The product shipped differs from the order specifications (model, quantity or type).

  2. The product is expired or has an invalid expiry date
    You receive an expired item or one without a valid expiry date.

📦 Return Conditions:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the item by phone or via support WhatsApp.

  • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging .

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Items that have been used, even partially

  • Products whose hygienic packaging has been opened

  • Custom or made-to-order items (produced at the customer’s special request)
